Is this invoice generator really free?

Yes. You can create and download as many PDF invoices as you want. Free PDFs carry a small footer. Pro removes it and adds unlimited saved documents.

Do I need an account to download?

No. Your draft is kept in this browser. You only sign in when you want to save invoices to your account and track which ones are paid.

What should an invoice include?

Your business name and contact details, the client's details, a unique invoice number, the issue and due dates, a list of items with prices, tax, the total due, and how to pay.

Can I make GST invoices for India?

Yes. The GST invoice generator adds GSTIN, place of supply, and HSN or SAC codes, then splits tax into CGST and SGST or IGST and writes the amount in words.

Does InvoiceBilling file e-invoices with the tax office?

No. InvoiceBilling creates PDF invoices and other documents. It does not submit e-invoices to government systems such as India IRN, Italy SDI, Germany XRechnung or France's e-invoicing platforms. If your country requires those, use an approved provider for filing.
